- What is the best guard dog breed?? We got a new addition to the homestead and we need your help naming him!

My cousins, who trained dogs, said that dogs remember names with two or three syllables best. That's my big help.
Make sure MATTIE is well trained! Rottweiler’s are very smart and loyal.
Hercules is my suggestion.
Marley is so happy to see a little doggy. well she better enjoy it, its going to be a fast 7months before that boi is close to 120 lbs.

I hope it all works out WONDERFULLY! IF I ever get another pup it'll be a female Pit and the bigger the better and will be called 'BABY' but it'll never happen. A female Pincher would work too but it'll never happen. Our last Pit was just too painful to turn loose when the time came. No more for us but God Bless Yall!

I would suggest Rocky for the rottweiler puppy. 👍
My second Rottweiler 35 years ago was Rocky. He adopted my daughter of 1 at the time. Wouldn't let any strangers get near her.
I would call him Darrell, something simple and easy to gal in case she needs him in a hurry
