Também tenho vontade de fazer uma pra mim o mais difícil é os planos de corte das peças comprei um mais a escala veio divergente para várias partes da maquina...vc tem os planos de corte desta escala 1:8

Do you have your own CNC mill for making small precision parts? Or do you outsource some of them to be cut? Also, do you design around the hardware you already know you want to use? Just trying to pick your brain. Excellent work!!
Thank you. The CNC parts are outsourced. What do you mean with design around the hardware?
@@rcheavyconstructionzone He means the mechanical internals that aren't necessarily up to scale, i.e the motors and the hydraulics.

Wo hast du diese 92 Kettenglieder zum zusammenhalten der Ketten her?
Wurden im Lohnauftrag gefertigt nach meiner Zeichnung.
Okay, ich wollte schon fragen welche Teile du für die Ketten verwendet hast, aber du hast ja alle Teile selbst konstruiert und angefertigt bzw anfertigen lassen. Krasse arbeit, ich Spiele auch schon eine weile damit mir einen im Maßstab 1:9,4 anzufertigen, mich schreckt aber das Ausmaß an arbeit davor ab, fertigkeiten und werkzeug sind vorhanden :-) Ich will nicht wissen wieviel der Werkzeugbau um die Ecke an dir verdient hat :-)
Fazit richtig geiles TEIL
Danke für Deinen Kommentar. Naja nur Material (Elektronik, Hydraulik, Metalle usw.) ca. 10t€. Arbeitszeit ca. 6 Jahre. Ca. 800h Konstruktionsarbeit. Plus nochmal ca. 800h für den Bau selber. Also man muss es schon sehr wollen, so ein Projekt umzusetzen. Aber es ist jede Stunde und jeden Cent wert. Falls Du es angehst wünsche ich Dir viel Erfolg.

Maximum 80Nm output.

Wo bekommt man eine plan für sowas her oder hast du das alles selber gemessen ?
Ist alles selber gemessen. Ich hatte ein 1:50 Modell, Bilder vom Original und natürlich den Prospekt.

How many Nm is the track drive motor?
In this video it is the old one. Since two years I have a Dunkermotor inside. It is a GR63sx55 12V. It has 1,6Nm at 600rpm. Technical data you can find on the homepage from dunkermotor.
