Diana is 14 here (James Brown cover). She sang this after Dernière Danse and before Rechenka. She won this project. It was only for orphans and disadvantaged children. Diana unfortunately was an orphan at an early age. She has an amazing story, and of course equally amazing vocal ability.

Это первый конкурс "ТЫ СУПЕР", в котором участвовала Диана. Второе выступление. Третье будет РЕЧЕНЬКА. Она выиграла этот конкурс, после которого фонд Игоря Крутого(этого "лысого парня" ) подарит ей квартиру в Москве. А на следующий год состоится Супер Сезон "ТЫ СУПЕР", где Диана возьмёт ГРАН ПРИ. До этих конкурсов Диана выиграла десятки других конкурсов. Для неё это было в порядке вещей. Организаторы некоторых из них даже просили больше не приезжать,смущенно объясняя, что другие тоже хотели бы выиграть.

Actually this is her second performance on the show after "Derniere dance" she is 14 years old and this is the first time she sings in English on "You are super".
So she sang in French in her first appearance and English in her second, in her third performance she did "Renchenka" in Russian.

Of course she always works on the lyrics before and she knows perfectly the meaning of the song! It's better to give this strong emotions to her interpretation .
She's learning English now, but at that time she was singing by ear and from memory. The same for the other languages : Spanish, French, Arabic and German.
She did this performance on april 14, 2018 at the second round of "You are super", one month before "Rechenka". She's only 14 (born May 31, 2003)
Прекрасный возраст для исполнения данной песни. Сейчас Диана более женственная ...и голос стал более глубоким...и уже вряд ли сможет с подростковой резкостью исполнить данную, и некоторые другие, свои песни. У неё сейчас не менее крутой репертуар.

I enjoyed your action, Diana is only 14 at the time of this performance I think you were full by the way she was dressed. This is also her first time to perform in English. Personally think this was a outstanding performance, Diane I was doing things that people twice her age would not even attempt, she is a force of nature and a precious gift to us all.

As amazing as Diana is now at 19, I find these earlier performances when she was 14 / 15 freakishly good. The contrast between age and ability is like nothing I’ve ever encountered before. Not to mention her utterly unique contralto tone.

English is much easier than Russian. There is no problem learning a few words from a song. The song is simple in meaning. Easy to understand words. Unlike Rechyonka. The lyrics are in an old Slavonic dialect. And literal translation won't do anything. Because the words have changed a lot since then. You underestimate Diana. She knows the meaning of every song she sings.

Я не думая, что она знает все языки, на которых поёт. (По-моему она сама об этом говорила. И ещё она говорила, что стала более углублённо изучать английский язык). А то, что она поёт очень близко к носителям языка, это можно объяснить в первую очередь её абсолютным музыкальным слухом. Известно, например, что великий актёр Юрий Яковлев в гастролях за рубежом произносил тексты спектаклей совершенно без акцента, при этом ни коем образом не владея этими языками. А Диана конечно же знает о чём поёт. И в силу своего актёрского дарования очень успешно расставляет акценты.

Greetings from Scotland! Oh no! You missed the "Cuddly rabbits" part of the day! 😂😂 Yup, not my scene either! Anyway... I watched Diana work hard with her vocal coach just before coming out on stage. She wanted Diana to make that entrance as big and brash as possible! I think she got it perfectly! The whole performance was meant to be way over the top - and it was gloriously so! Subsequent performances are definitely toned down but just as enjoyable! Diana listens to a song a few times and she has it phonetically, then she puts the emotion into it. However now she is improving her English rapidly. She knows that is she ever goes international it will be a big help for introductions, interviews etc. One day!

Yes, Diana is not just another pretty voice. That isn't her thing. Her thing is transmitting emotions. She does make some beautiful sounds, but that's not what her real talent is. Her talent is creating worlds for us to visit.
Give her a few more listens, or especially more watches. Her physical performances are a big part of the overall experience.
At any rate, no artist is for everyone. I myself am bored by most of the famous names that are out there. I guess that I just connect with Diana. She makes this old, jaded man feel real emotions that penetrate my soul.
Both Lara and Streisand would wish to sing this good when they were 14 years old.
Also you should definitely check out your hearing cause if you are hearing screaming here there is most certainly something wrong going on with your ears.
