My OPINION on why Funky left the show wasn't because of the pay, it was because as he's stated many times before... that he was "a white lady of leisure" and I believe that since the show was blowing up and there was the possibility of it going in the studio, he didn't want to be obligated to doing the show five days a week. And he obviously didn't need the money. He left many bread crumbs that hinted he didn't want to do a full time gig. He cowered out and using the money as an excuse to back out. I can say that...unfortunately, that's " shady queen" mentality that Funky is exuding right now, blaming it on Claudia. and Fox soul

I still stick to my opinion that he didn't want to be committed to working five days. Remember, he said the possibility of him having to relocate if they went national was "scary". He was comfortable doing the show, as long as it was in the comfort of his familiar surroundings. White lady leisure isn't confined to a particular spot, you take that wherever you go.
Yeah you are right. Funky has to be at the club just about every night, trying out the marijuana editables and having one night stands. Working every day even if it's just for an hour interfers with his lifestyle.

Yes he was. He didn’t call her name outright but he said “that bitch” was messing with him and was doing things behind the scene. That was a live from 2/3 days ago.
I could feel the tension. I like both of them but I got the sense that Funky was over being on TGIF and he really didn't want to be there. Then a couple weeks before the ish hit the fan he started putting out videos on his CZcams the afternoon before TGIF aired in the evening. He would talk about the very same hot topics they would discuss on the show. In the back of my head I thought that was shady. Now I'm thinking that was the problem in addition to him wanting more money.
Their personalities never mesh well. Claudia is a girls girl and all for women and Funky dislike women. Funky tend to clash with everyone because he's a bit insensitive.
I knew once it switched to 5 days a week Funky wasn’t going to be able to handle it. He said it out his own mouth. What I don’t understand is why they all didn’t sign the same contract. At the end of the day fox soul isn’t about their business. They have terrible PR and while e had them all sit down and discuss him leaving and did a proper exit. I really enjoyed the show and have followed Funky for years. I just hate how this is playing out like reality show drama. The “ fans” are also trash grown people getting off on this is crazy.
Something transpired after the farewell video. It was all love he even posted the video and said he loved y’all right back. I’ve been watching funky for damn near a decade and he been very transparent with his audience and he doesn’t just switch for no reason. I’ve been watching Claudia for a while too and I know she throw shade and then hides her hand. So there’s a reason he called you out your name. I like how Al have carried it. Guest hosting on dish nation and other network shows help grow your audience. Tamar hall and a few others are also affiliates. Working red carpets, movie premiers, meeting and interacting with celebrities. I know he can careless about the celebrity aspect but that’s Hollywood! You need the affiliation to get to the next level. Companies are seeing this and will not want to touch funky. Which is very disheartening. He’s a talent. No denying that. But he’s a loose cannon and live off drama. Watch his live numbers decrease after the drama dies down… you’re hotter now because people live for the drama. If Claudia post and say “fuck it, he want war, he got it! Tune in tonight I’m going live… this funky wig wearing azz ninja”. I guarantee you her live numbers will snap!! Even more than yours. Don’t mean she’s more entertaining or better than you. Just People will be tuning in for the drama. If you’re ok, hitting a ceiling and just making CZcams money. (You’re not Mr. Beast, there’s millions of people doing what you’re doing and great at it) so the time will always be split. Keep doing what you’re doing. I honestly don't think his checks are enough. I think he overly exaggerates his income and I think that ultimately he is regretting leaving a huge paycheck for not much work. Flame and Funky have been at odds b/c Funky has made comments about a TBC interview Flame has done.Funky stated Flame was pandering to straight people. Funky has since in retaliation gone live the same time as TGIF and claimed bitches at his former show have been doing underhanded things to him he never mentioned.

Why is Funky Dineva so angry if he left the show? Make it make sense. He wanted to stay on TeaGIF which is apparent by his actions IMO.
Wow! I loved the original trio and was saddened when Funky abruptly left. We knew Funky could be messy but we loved him anyway. I was hoping somehow he would come back but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I do love Flame as a replacement and hopes that at some point that can be permanent if it can’t be Funky. I wish them all the best.

I love dineva, but if what Claudia is saying is true...then Q is wrong with his handling of the situation. I would have told her because she is the one that got him the gig, so if money was an issue, even if I had addressed the fox soul people..I still would have let her know just in case there was something she could have done, or a chance for the three of them to stand in solidarity. The whole thing is messed up. Loved them together.

She's a grown woman... she speak to her friends about whatever she's going through. However, she was always professional on the show while he was throwing unnecessary jabs at her because he is envious of her and other women. I don't know how yall can't see that.

It’s understood that people grow apart. Sometimes you cannot carry everyone with you through the journey. I like the dynamic of all three of you, but I understand when emotions get the best of the situation and everything is compounded by continuous talks about the situation and things can get misconstrued, and then they go left. The only problem I have with the whole situation is I do think it was messy having flame and roll in his spot when there was some type of discord with her on funky side. I think there should’ve been more compassion as far as he was concerned, there are several people that could have filled that seat beside someone that has been there for so long them having an issue it was almost like putting flame was done despite funky, and that may be part of his hurt feelings as well but whatever happens I hope everybody heals from thisdebauchery
I totally agree with you having Flame on the show was like a stab in the back to Funky but he never had a conversation with Claudia about his contract as a friend he could’ve talked to her about it🤷🏽♀️
