Chand has fooled Tara into the marriage, he was only compromising as he wanted both of them to live alone. Before their marriage, Tara was veeery clear that she needs to live inside a family. If you rewatch the first epiaodes before the wedding, you ll see that Tara was always interested in his family. She knew them all : their names , nicknames and habits.

I know how Tara feels she wants to experience the love of all the relations she never had before and yes that is not a bad thing but she also needs to understand the feelings of chand, she needs to understand that she has married chand and this means giving each other more time than anyone else which she is doing the opposite, she is not agreeing on a single thing that chand says while he agrees almost on everything she needs to understand that if she can’t leave these relations chand also wants to spend time with her and get some privacy. She agrees to what every other person says and tries her best to make them happy but she doesn’t do the same for chand. Hence, if sometimes chand is upset then he deserves the right to do so and it’s not arrogance
