He and Bonzo provided a whole other sub concert - behind the other two out front. The sound and energy the rhythm section created was unique. Nobody could ever touch them! Ever.

Celebration day is OUTSTANDING! I played it to a backing tape at my High School talent show back in 1986. I still have the 1974 Gibson custom Les Paul I played it on.

Now, after 50+ years since the three day stand @NYC's MSG until Robert and his family plus Scarlett Page being in the car crash on the Isle of Rhodes. This is when Led Zeppelin were at their height of popularity and outselling The Rolling Stones in record sales, they couldn't be stopped or touched as far as playing to sold-out shows and prime performances.
Just a random thought- Allison Krauss was about 2 years old when Led Zep performed this concert. Years later she and Plant did some immense collaboration. Ain’t life strange.
March 26th 2024 as a kid that was born in 85’ i thank my older cousin for putting me onto to these guys in my teens…would have loved to seen this live🤯😳😎🤘🏽

I've seen led Zeppelin 2 cover band at least ten times at the house of blues in Chicago . They were pretty dam good , they nail the Zeppelin vibe .
