There are plenty of able bodied women who receive child support. This is actually the norm. In the rare instance when the roles are reversed, this should not be a problem. It is 2023. Equality for everyone. A more pertinent issue is why the child support system is so heavily tailored to women and how this can be balanced so situations like Halle Berry's do not stand out
