Demand HOA fees back. Thats why you pay a HOA! Part of it is…
Have you heard of the community Grange? I've been following their development and they just started announcing their builders. Unfortunately out of my price range 😅
What do you think of Grand Cetral Park, Conroe vs. Woodland Hills at Willis?
Both are nice communties. Grand Central Park has a better location. The woodlands hills is the same developer as The Woodlands and Bridgeland.
What’s up with Creekland village in Bridgeland with all the entry level builders
What do u think of sierra vista from land Tejas in rosharon, TX?
Hi ma’am, what is your opinion of harvest green section 45 ? Is it a good area ? Is it in a flood zone ?
Do you think Bridgeland goes into the category of slow growing community? Or would you say it’s an exception?
It’s been going at a steady pace for the amount of housing within the community. First section in Bridgeland started 17 years ago, but the entire project was planned to take 30 years total. I think it’ll finish before then.
