My reply just appreciated Binay's support and his showcase of unity as a fellow South Asian. football is played by 23 players. 23 players needed for one team. because they chase and run, so they need to be substitued, so that the team feel like they are fresh.when we faced thailand in asian cup 2019 and defeated them 4-1, 5 or 7 players get tired. in the next match against uae which is 3 days after, coach did not subsitutes and rest those players, so we lost the match and again for bharein ,coach did not substitues those players we lost the match. so substiution is needed in that sport where players need to chase and run.

Don’t import those players from English speaking countries, their style and skills are awkward and you need very strong physical lay to play this style, and apparently it doesn’t suit Indian style. I suggest India import Brazilian or other players from southern America, because their style is more skill based and more flexible which perfectly fit India physically, technically and culturally.
