Doing great TY! These vids are getting slicker too! Most of us C's are feeling the hills on this course, especially with the pace, can't imagine how much harder it is with an extra 100kg+ !!! RIDE ON 😊
Mate, was a pretty brutal race and that route is horrific. I did it again tonight and got the rollers/rises a bit better this time. The front 7 who went off on the second lap were ringing it. Solid outing. /Yozza.
Hey there QT top effort mate. Definitely tough going on the hills, I’ve just got to C myself and the hills are W/KG step up compared to D. With ur ZPoints. they are calculated over the last 3 months best race rank, so all ur wins in D will be still in the race rank and giving u the better than expected ZPoints( i’m in the same boat) Though the way u are going on some of the flatter B routes ( smashing it💪🏼🤛🏼) it might not change that much. You could always just ride flatter routes 😮But where’s the fun in that, Plus Mr TyDiddySR seem to be more of a fun 🎉 challenge loving bloke RIDE ON U sound busy around home with garden etc which might effect recovery of the bike, So enjoy those few days mate and stay strong.🤙🏼
Yeah it always seems like there’s something to do now that I’m trying to garden, rise chickens, and honey bees soon. I could o more flatter routes but like you said it wouldn’t be fun. The Stage and Tiny Races is where I want to dominate. Plus without S.J. or BB pushing me in Cat D. I was getting bored. If you even watch some of my earlier videos like the one called “ my own British Invasion” I talk about BB and I have only beaten him maybe 3 out of 20 times in D. Hey thanks 🙏🏾 for the comment. Keep it up boss. I'm around 114kg so understand your pain (a bit) re. hills. One suggestion, try letting off the pedals completely or down to 100w on downhills, the draft and your weight will get you back. It'll help your legs recover for when you need it. Also, coming into hills you should come from the middle/back of the pack through it powering into the hill to keep your momentum.
