Great video Michael. Just a tip: in Spanish you do not roll the "R" sound all the time. "R" is rolled at the beginning of words only and also when it is doubled in the middle of words, as in "perro" (dog) vs. soft "R" as in "pero" (but).
It is Gareca, Argentina, Peru, Osorio, Vargas all with soft "R'. La Roja is with rolled "R" and well pronounced.

I think Alexis might even make it to 1 more world cup cuz he takes care of himself so well. he is like c ronaldo when it comes to his professionalism. always eating right, always training extra and he still loves the game too much. he might be the only one from the old ones to make it to 1 more world cup.
That's if Chile do qualify! But yes his a professional who keeps himself fit, but the legs are slowly going away he doesn't have that burst of pace anymore. However, he has the IQ to play in the number 10 role
@MichaelTalksFootball1 I am from Chile, but Alexis hasn't been himself for years. It doesn't help that he is not playing his natural position. Alexis is a 9, has always been a 9, and should probably remain as a 9 for the little that remains of his career. He is not a 10, has never been. I don't know what the coach was thinking

Covered the team pretty well. Cortes is the best GK imo and Osorio is beyond special (think he’ll be this tourney’s breakout performer)
Marcelino is good for Norwich but he’s even better for Country. Probably the best player after Alexis over the last year. Diaz is one of the best CBs in Libertadores and Brereton I’m not too worried about because I don’t want him starting anyway
Chile have to use the momentum they built in March, Gareca is the perfect man for the job!

A problem with Brereton Diaz is that he doesn't speak the language. So he struggles communicating with the teammates and taking instructions from the coach. I believe that will be the reason Vargas starts over him

I don't think we can go to the next world cup, but from what I could see, Gareca has surprised me calling young players to give them a chance to replace the oldest ones. So, that's the best way we can choose.
Exactly the rebuild should've happened 1 or 2 years ago, but Gareca is the man for the job!
Also, our best CB, Maripan, didn’t play in the friendliest due to an injury. So the defense is gonna be stronger when he comes back

I disagree. Maripán is called only because he is very tall and can score with his head every once in a while. However, he is an erratic and subpar defender, he concedes easy goals and does not block properly. Either Sierralta or Kuscevic should be in his position, Maripán's real job is to warm up benches with La Roja.
