My ddl 8700 needle bar is only showing one line below and 2 lines above. Should all Juki machines have 4 lines?

HI i have this machine who Was working perfectly but a sound Was disturbing me so i called a pro to check.
This person check the machine but didnt tell me what Was wrong and acctually now my stiches are not good at all a strait line. And that person couldnt put it back again as it Was working before. Like i said it Was working so well.
Plz need help what to do 🙏
