I managed to get a great league samurott today and have been running charjabug, greninja and waterfall dark pulse icy wind samurott in the back. Managed to go 12-3 with it so far
The problem with his samurott is pretty much doesnt have neither fast move pressure nor shield pressure

I don't understand pvpoke's recommended movesets sometimes. Snarl has a higher rating and equal or better matchup spread in all shield situations, but fury cutter is the recommended fast move, anyone know why?
