the draw, its WILD! the draw is what it is. its fulton doing what they want to make the race iconic instead of like other races. i wish more places would do something different

Man he put on good show! The heat alone was exciting because it was pretty much a different track being tacked up and hammer down it was sketchy hitting that lip in the heat. Those high low battles were worth the 45 bucks he seemed more aggressive last night. Love new audio!

Great run mike. Has your dad won the Victoria 200. Im old school it will always be the Victoria 200. I crewed for dale porecca in the early 90s. We went to fulton twice once with a guaranteed spot from penncan. Good luck at super dirt week

The cars/teams are the show. Yes tracks need money, but there would be no gate without the tour, let the teams run to decide starting heat position. Draw/pay to redraw seems to be garbage to me. Like the new mics, Mike's convo about how the car was running... And that high side drive is fun to see
Great race a couple more caution flags needed. Way better ending than last week. Smiles are much better than frowns after a day of hard work. Next year will be the win.

🟢Being the last car top go a lap down to the 9, running how the 9 was running?...HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT! GREAT JOB 35 FAM.
Mike( up top )sure ran Shepherd hard and clean(a lane above middle ). The top looked like it had plenty of brown but took a while to clean up and come in. I mean, The 9 & 6 were doing most of their work from the inside to the middle as was most all of the lappers.
Its almost like Mike showed Max the top, Then Max took off and then mike got pinned down low. Once Mike went back up top it took time to figure out his entry BUT once his entry got dialed in on the top side WOOOO! HE RIPPED IT...AND ALMOST HELD OFF the 9 to boot!
Anyways, Mike raced hard...raced clean... raced well. It was exciting to watch. Keeping the good vibes flowing thinkin its time to start getting at it!

Two great food suggestions for Oswego ( I grew up 5 blocks from the track!)....Great food/casual....The Pressbox, East 1st St, just north of Bridge St........if ya want outstanding Italian (chicken parm...haa!) go to Canale's, West Utica Street...ask if Nick is in (owner)....both are quick drives from the track.....ENJOY!!!!

It seemed like if I drew well, something happened or broke. If I drew poorly, the worst that happened was I had to run the “Hooligan” race. I typically made the main and just got to race more. Not a big deal.
It sounded like you could have used a tiny bit more gear running the top. It looked like you had a great drive. You started out in Albuquerque and ended up in the same zip code as Shepherd. Congratulations on the great run.
All races should be based on qualify time and line then up that way even the outlaws do that

I was at this race. Mike didn't win but i think its the best he raced so far this season. Very impressive. Shout out to Jimmy phelps as well

I remember as a kid seeing 40 plus car battle for 200 laps and thinking it was crazy to have the same amount of Cars as a cup race at the time (early 2000s) I think I remember one of the fields was 45 cars for the feature

@@dirttrackuntold for sure and I know everybody says their tracks big race is the big race but their is always an energy and just something special about the victoria weekend(yup I still call it the victoria 200) I wish I could have Been their in person to watch but when I get home from work ima watch the whole video
The theory that everybody has to start somewhere kept me racing for 30 years.
Only thing I got to say about like if they take top 4 for the feature, draw should be after ALL the heats, first heat winner draws first, then 2nd heat winner ect. Not let all 4 from first heat draw before the 2nd heat even runs
Came back to re watch this and just gotta say hope to see billy and mike there this year just gotta convice billy to bring out that throwback scheme for it

The audio is much better. Especially with Mike and the crew. Perhaps a new microphone on the camera? Great job with the video, and great job to Mike and the team for all the passing and great finish with how far back you had to start.

not a fan of the pay $100 to draw again. and they have really hanged this race since I was last there. used to be big block / small block... guys would bring multiple cars, time trial both and start whichever one was faster. I guess this new format saves a lot of time, a lot of employee hours and a lot of expense for the teams. that last 10 laps was exciting as hell trying to stay on the lead lap!

We’ve been hearing for a while that sometimes they are hard to hear so we got a new mic!
If it’s Poppin, snap and check your distributor, move your Discover up a little bit to advance the timing
If you pay the 100 dollars do you just take a second number or do you have to wait til everyone draws once and then you get second draw

just needed a little bit more gear so the car didn't sit down on LR at end of straight and a little more straight speed
The whole draw process is so random that I think doing the $100 re-draw is kind of OK, just because it's equally random the second time. Kinda odd though, i can see why someone wouldn't like it too. Great race, love that place. My dad ran a bunch of the Vics back in the 80's and every time I've gone its been a good show!

Wish you all the best at Oswego just not a fan of putting dirt on top of asphalt for one week of racing when you have so many tracks that would be great to move it super dirt week too , Rolling Wheels or even move to Port Royal don’t believe there a better track than the speed palace in the east believe we will see a better race there than Oswego, hope the weather holds off , good to see Mike using the lane your dad invented and embarrassed the heck out of us for sure as no one used that lane on regular Saturday night racing , not Roger Phelps or Donnie in his potent M1 all along the bottom week after week , lol , best blessings to you all the next two weeks guys

Deliberately bringing out the yellow seems ( is ) a little shady.
It is 😂 some tracks and series have rules where you can’t bring out an intentional yellow unless you have a flat / damage. This race - it’s free game.

With the draw. He said the order is by when you sign in. So for the guys that sign in late can sit there and see what numbers are still available and play there odds.

What I noticed Sounded like Mike had a mic on him?? In my ear buds I only had volume in one ear when he was talking.
He did! We tried out a new mic to get better sound with the crew
@@dirttrackuntold Mandee what I’m trying to say is every time you went to Mike the sound was in mono tone and not in stereo so I only got sound on one side of my headphones only?? I get it in stereo when ever you were speaking which sounded much better or normal??

Maybe make them draw the second pick after every one has one draw. Not one after another.
On the draw deal I don’t like it from a competitors stand point but from the tracks side it’s like make your money boo boo. It’s getting tough on a lot of short tracks all across the country so make them dollars anyway they can be made
They actually gave that money to the heat winners so it was from the drivers to the drivers.
Yes it's not like his putting it in his pocket he puts the money back into the purse for how you do it the heats
