    Dear Friends,
Suppose you are a CEO of a large company, and you are opening a subsidiary overseas. You want the CEO and CFO of the subsidiary to maximize the amount transferred to the parent company. So what would you ask them to do? Thank you.

    Dear Friends,
    I have many questions:
1/ What is the purpose of the trade agreements between countries?
2/ Do rich countries rely on trade agreements to evade taxes?
3/ Rich countries rely on trade agreements to discharge pollution?
4/ Poor countries benefit from trade agreements?
    Could you help?. Thank you.

That’s a pretty broad question, for number 1. Trade agreements have all sorts of motives, they can be purely economic, like conducting business with a foreign company, or it could be that a country has a surplus of wheat, and they need iron, so they set up trade agreements with those countries for a reliable source of iron while supplying the other with a reliable source of wheat. Rich countries are often subjected to making trade agreements that help poorer countries because it’s a way of gaining soft power, which basically means having people look at your country in a positive manner. This involves keeping your government clean from corruption, having a stable economy (which often relies on foreign trade agreements), and a stable population. This soft power means that other countries will be willing to invest in your country, as in expand foreign business operations, like putting Starbucks in new countries, because they are confident that there won’t be some disaster like a political uprising or extreme poverty.

    Hello friends,
Why does a company want to bring their products into the US need to go through a domestic company in the US? Then they buy a company in the US or build a company for its own distribution? .
