..when she wanted to lay down I felt strongly how precious she is to me 💖
They're gentle giants if treated with respect. I love them.
They're orphans or their offspring so used to the caring humans around them. Wild elephants are more cautious and hence agressive, defending the herd.
They are certainly more intelligent and have a sense of awareness than what most think. But still the elephants who respond favorably when treated compassionately do respond favorably but then by nature there still will be elephants that will be adverse no matter what and you still need to respect their size and their feelings too for that matter! That ones who act adversely should not be mistreated;people just need to get out of their way😂😂😂!!!
Limpopo must be a natural nurse, the way she checks out Khanyisa"s whole body!
Thank you for that reassurance! Khanyisa is everyone's baby elephant!
Isn't she doing so well? Dusting her back efficiently and getting the higher leaves. Well done little girl.
She really loves to have her milk She just like a toddler drink up and nap for a bit. The other Jabulani elephants take such good care of her. The bond they all have is strong
I just love following the story of Khanyisa. The love this beautiful elephant gets from her adoptive family is astounding! Each and everyone of these gentle giants are just pure love. Thank you to all of you who care and watch over these elephants. God bless all of you.
Sweet family life scenes. I love these videos where we can observe them doing their ellie things.
Khanyisa looks pretty comfortable with Tokwe. They built a beautiful and strong bond.
Thank you HERD for showing Khanyisa foraging with the herd on nice green vegetation. I love the way they allow Khanyisa to rest her little legs for a short while then nudge her gently when the rest is long enough and it's time to get back on her feet. And when she is back up, a little check up is carried out to make sure all parts are in order. These creations of God are truly wonderfully made!
JD, My feelings exactly; I especially love your last sentence. Are you referring to their creator, Jehovah?
It is so Beautiful to see God's animal Masterpieces, each and everyone is so amazingly made!!❤❤
That's adorable. Each one takes turns taking care of her. Elephants are truly family minded.
I find it amazing how agile the elephants are, avoiding stepping on Khanyisa, considering how often I have stepped on my cat's tail or my dog's paw! Beautiful to watch the matriarch care for her little girl.
They are SOOOOOO agile. And have incredible body awareness. And they do it while weighing around 10 tons. Their muscles must be incredible.
Khanysia is getting so big. She has so much love all around her. All of the Herd look after her. We as humans can learn a lot from these gentle giants. The phrase "it takes a village to raise a child" is so true. Your videos makes my heart so happy. Thank you once again for sharing this herd with us.
What a beautiful and loving family that has taken Khanyisa unto their own.God Bless all the carers and Adine for all their care as well.
Little Khanyisa wants to be reassured that she is loved by her herd...♥️
I just love the way ALL the Ellie's love Khanyisa and ALL the wonderful carers....thank you xxx💖💕
I could watch these guys for hours on end.
Thanks for sharing these wonderful animals with us. 😁🐘
I'm hooked on the elephants - videos. .. thank you for sharing.💖💖🐘🐘🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💟💞
Oh my...hate to admit how much time I spend looking at the elephants.
No regrets...! What a nice way to relax
Tokwe is an excellent mother/matriarch. Always aware of what's going on
I just saw Tokwe loosen soil and kick it all over Kahnyisa! It was deliberate protection of that baby from the sun. What a matriarch. Big respect.
I love watching her just be a baby elephant. So much love amongst all of them. Thank you for sharing the videos...I don’t actually relax for bed until I get to see how the Ellie’s days went lol.
I love these beautiful creatures😍😍😍 elephants are the best!!!
ELEPHANTS are the BEST animals in the WORLD!!!! Of course I DO LOVE my dog and cat.....but.....
I agree. I wouldn't take anything for my sweet dog, but elephants are truly God's masterpieces, gentle giants with enormous hearts!
@@gabe-po9yi Glad that people like you are on the same page!! I've ALWAYS LOVED them!!
@@47Brenda47 I'm just MESMERIZED by their size and how they interact as FAMILY....SO INCREDIBLY GENTLE and CARING!!!
The bottle of milk used to look so. Big next to Khanyisa. No longer. She has grown so much.
I was just thinking about how big she's grown too now. She's not going to be a little girl much longer at this rate!
Awwwww Khanyisa is adorable as always! I'm so happy to see how much the herd loves Khanyisa and to see they're always on the lookout to make sure she's safe! It's so heartwarming. 💖💝💗💓💞💕💓🐘💝
there is absolutely no one like Nana Tokwe .... I love her XOXO
The elephants don't let one of them lie on the floor for a long time. Probably they think the lying one on the floor can be in trouble...😘🐘🐘🐘🐘.....♥🍀🙏
Lovely Khanyisia, the day is much better seeing you, dear.
She is doing so well! Others are caring to her and check on her frequently so adorable!
She is blessed to have so many loving aunties 💗 🐘
I cannot stop being amazed, by elephants!
So playful, and feeling safe: dear little one, it's so nice to see that things work out right, sometimes.
Mankind has a lot to learn from you guys
I'm happy when I see the carers Last and Shepherd smiling. I know that all the carers and other team members take their jobs very seriously, but it is so nice when they find it to be amusing, too. We out here watching think it must be a lot of fun! Also I enjoyed the bird singing in the distance.
Learning her ellie skills! Well done, little Khanyisa! I love you!💕🐘
And Lammie, too!💕🐑
So great seeing Khanyisa getting so big and foraging and dusting herself. Tokwe helping Khanyisa up was the best part!
when elephants rub one rear leg with the other rear leg.. I can’t even!!! 🙌🏼😍🥰😍
Как хорошо что есть люди которые так любят слонов!!! Я их обожаю🐘🐘♥️♥️♥️♥️😙😙😙
You are so blessed to be near this family each day.
She's getting big😍
It's like this elephant is saying "Thank you for giving her the milk. We got her now."
It is so beautiful to see that Tokwe takes care of Khanyisa. I love these big giants. What happened to the little one as she is lying on the ground?❤❤❤
She was splashing herself with sand, then she was just resting. I love how the othe elephants stay close to her❤
@@brendamcmanus9438 It's so heartwarming to see how much they love and care for Khanyisa! 💖🐘💖
Hi Fabienne, I absolutely agree with you.
The love of true family. 💛🧡💖❤️
FYI - It never gets old watching Khanyisa drinking her bottle. 💖💖💕❤❤
I just love their relationships with one another. So caring and respectful. 💞
What a caring and wonderful herd.
This is so wonderful to see, love all around.
Think that was the most beautiful footage yet..thank you all x
Such beautiful animals. It is so calming to watch them. We owe them so much.
Don't you wish you could put captions coming out of their mouths. 'Get up!' 'No, I'm tired', like a toddler!!
I just love your orphanage : the space, the singing birds, watching the interactions between all the elephants and you explaining what they are doing, your introductions of your staff. I thank you so much for sharing your passion for these magnificent animals🤗🥰
Happy holidays to all of you at HERD for bringing joy and happiness to me through your videos of raising Khanyisa so lovingly.
At school we studied a word elephant with picture.now we can really know that what elephants means to us?save love and respect.
Amo assistir as filmagens onde os animais vivem em paz e segurança... O trabalho de vocês é maravilhoso... Kanyisa é a prova disso... 😘 ✝️ 💋 Flávia
So So Magnificent. They are so delighted to have a kinder with them. Just superb!
Oh, how small Khanyisa used to be. She's growing up! 😭😭
What a joy! Now I’m trying to figure how I could foster a baby elephant in my living room. 🤣🥰
They always amaze me the way they protect the babies & young one. Especially the Matriarch and the respect she gets!!!
"Trunk love!" 💗💗💗
Aww that was Amazing seeing them helping Khanyisa up on her feet again ❤️ 🐘🙏
"Resting" in the dirt lol? Resting like a toddler who is too excited to actually sleep ❤
Khanyisa is going to grow up big and strong with all the TLC she gets here!
this baby ellie has won me over plus the others are just fantastic and awe inspiring. im so glad I found this channel. l love it
When Auntie Tokwe says that the play-yard time is over, it's OVER. Back to baby elephant schoolwork... 🥰🥰🥰
Ha, it almost seemed like OK you're not sick so get up now little one. Domesticated elephants sleep more than wild elephants for a reason . . . .
Now that’s what I call a power nap, and seeing how Tokwe helped baby up on her feet was so cool!
The Matriarch seems to thank the carers for nursing Khanyisa!! Beautiful indeed!!😘😘
I hurt my foot this week. These videos are been nice while I have been staying off it.
Oh my goodness, Sunshine is so adorable. The way she used Tokwe’s leg as an anchor, too cute! 🥰 She just loves the sand. But she looks a little bit thinner nowadays. Or am I wrong? I hope she’s doing well. Thanks for the video and thank you all for looking after these wonderful elephants. 💕
Stunning filming once again and so good to be up close to the family. I love how K wraps her trunk around her carers, she is so lovely. She knows it is time for her bottle. TFS x
I wonder if Limpopo can get a good sense of Khanyisa’s well being by thoroughly checking her out with her trunk...
I constantly stay amazed at the similarities elephants have to humans.
My heart just goes boom boom every time I see wee khanysia..love her so much ❤ 💕
This is just so beautiful. I've loved elephants since I was a little girl. 💚💕 These people who all care for them are lovely souls.
suddenly ...i have a craving for a cinnamon doughnut ! 🐘💕
At around 8.22 looks like Khanyisa has some loose stool as she is expelling gas, then she passes a small stream of stool. Hope she is okay
supermom tokwe😍
I love studying their behavior with each other and with their caregivers. So lovely.
I just love watching the videos ❤️❤️💚
Man, when I die I want to come back as a HERD baby albino elephant. Talk about having it made. Thanks for what you folks do for these majestic creatures.
Love to see them! It's so peaceful. 💖
Vn f the cool vdo wana watch again n again
Khanyisa looks so small when she is laying down to rest!
She really acts like a toddler doesn’t she ! Just adorable 😉
The way Khanyisa is using her legs is so cute, she's like a little child. Such a sweet video all around.
Another great video and I cannot stop watching her...hope is doing all fine. However I miss all her interaction with Adine....it used to be lovely to watch😙😙😙
Tokwe, the Matriarch : that's why Lundi moved away: discretion being the better part of valour. Baby, baby Khanyisa.💞💋
I have watched this video previously, but I just can't help watching our little munchkin! She brings me such joy!
Khanyisa is such a loving, open hearted, character! I absolutely LOVE how she trustingly throws her trunk right around Last!
Here's something to ponder. Sebakwe seems to watch Khanyisa's play time quite a bit. Do you think he remembers when he was little? Do you think that any wild animal has a memory like that? I mean, he seems so curious when he's watching her.
What an adorable sight. Love to see how K is shaping up.
Thank you Adine for your videos , never knew so much about elephants, they are so caring and loving
i love how in the beginning it looks as though sebawke is being bullied by the 2 girls lol, khanyisa is laying down where he probably wanted to sand himself and then when she gets up, tamisa comes over and stands right in front of him and uses him as a scratching post XD he gives up and just eats instead
they are sooo touching. they protect babies and each other. just amazing animals.
How darling to see her feet curled up and then pressing against a solid leg. I adore seeing Khanyisa's playfulness and the patient caring mums giving her plenty of room while being right there when she needs a little nudge showing reassurance. (Sweet sigh, aka rumble)
Khanyisa 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞❤🇧🇷🐑❤🐶❤👀👀👀👀
It's so cute to watch her try to dust herself after she watched Lundi do it. She learns fast.
When you look back at Khanyisa’s arrival at HERD.....many could be forgiven for thinking she wouldn’t make it, having seen the dreadful damage done to her ears, cuts right thru to her mouth etc by a snare. It’s pure joy to watch her recovery, her acceptance of Adine , her staff and the herd, who enveloped her in their love & protection. What a truly inspiring story........with many chapters ,yet to be written. Love from a snow covered Scotland ❣️🇬🇧🏴
@@brendamcmanus9438 right now,we’re surrounded by snow, & last night I witnessed & heard “Thundersnow” for the first time.....oh wow..it sounded like a bomb exploded, really scary & we’ve had more today. Take care, stay safe, sending love from rural Scotland ❤️❣️🇬🇧🏴
Maybe time for you to move further north @Chris Kallis, there is no snow up here in Inverness LOL
@@hazelmaciver4076 it’s awful here in Fife.....now gale force winds & heavy rain......but we’re tucked up inside, warm & cosy.❣️🏴❤️
Where is Bubi? We haven’t seen her since she was having a bad day in the water.
Tokwe throwing sand on Khanyisa like Andine and her carers warms my soul.
She's such a sweetheart ❤️ The entire herd & HERD are amazing!
😍💕💕😘😘
Ok everyone stop it's my bottle time and some baby ele love for Shepherd. Tokwe keeping a eye on Miss Muffet, herd love🥰🥰🥰
Such beautiful green plants and red sands. Africa is beautiful!❤🐘🐘🐘
What a lovely life Khanyisa is enjoying with this team - human and elephant caretakers. Thank you for sharing her daily doings with us. How lucky we all are!
Love those care givers....sometimes I don’t think people realize the difficult life they have chosen....
It’s such a selfless part of them....very difficult.....but we love them for it....because without them...we would lose these beautiful beautiful elephants...so I will shout their praises as much as I can...
