you cant just learn it in a hour, you just have to play the game and go for movement, i perfected it by practicing snake strafing or spinning around a bot in the firing range, then try and change directions every few jumps, then just change directions more often and you will have lurch strafing@@zelizz1939
His aim is mid tho he misses 65% of his shots long range or short range @@game_warden69

Ill never understand how to start my superglide backwards, i feel i always end up going forwards and then changing the direction, ik its a timing issue but damn

release W then press A scroll +S instead for backward.
release w right after u start climbing and press sideways input a or d straight away then once u hit sideways superglue scroll wheel strafe backwards holding w, easy asf, also to superglue just bind sidemouse button to space+c and tune timing with super glide trainer online, i hit 100% superglides less than 500 hours ez
