I’m surprised you guys didn’t mention that John almost wasn’t in Coco because because every other member of the cast is Latino, but Lee Unkridge felt it was okay to keep John in as a tradition (but that’s why he has one word).
Until the director of Luca decided to break the tradition for the sake of "diversity" and "inclusion" (according to him)

John Ratzenberger is my absolute favorite voice actor!! He would make an absolute fit for my main character!! The inspiration for everything!! There's so much I could say. He brought to me an amazing life and characters that I love especially his Cars cameos!! I would be honored to direct a Pixar movie with John as Porkchop the main character!!

I’m so happy for this video.. I’m such a Pixar fan and I watch all these movies over and over and I was watching finding Nemo & monsters inc with my son the other day and I’m like omggg this man has to be in each movie I hear him in each one and this video literally validated that for me! Love it!

Soul was actually the first time he never showed up in the cast, and he never appeared since. So, his last role in Pixar was Onward, as Fennwick, the cyclops construction worker.
