Regardless, he doesn't have anything that every other person in the tournament doesn't have. If what you said was even remotely true, he wouldn't be winning. Not only that, he's literally posting here on YT exactly what he's doing. If it was as easy as you think, other competitors would be copying what he's been doing. It just simply isn't the case.

Went there all weekend and I’ve been fishing Wheeler most of my life. It was great Saturday, the wind was light and the eel grass wasn’t floating so I could through a crank bait. Sunday there was terrible wind and it was impossible to fish deep so I flipped some docks and did pretty good. Caught many between the 2-4 lb range and lots of fish less than 2lbs. Love that lake.

But you also thought he had that mutual respect and would have eased up a bit to where you could hit your juice for a second.. the way he said damn right I’m just thinking about me was wild. Because you guys are all competing to qualify and win and he knows what proper etiquette is when a angler is position to make a cut.. He’s a hater you can just tell by his attitude. Hey Ben I am watching your video right now. I am watching you fish a shallow crank on what seems to be a fast taper rod. I have always heard that you want more of a mod bend rod for such applications. I have always liked a faster taper with a little more backbone for deep cranks. I am just wondering if I am seeing wrong or you prefer the same as me. Trying to figure out what works better. I guess whatever works for your style?

Im 39 and i was brought up where if a guy was on your spot you went somewhere else, you never got within 100 yards of them or on the same point. I've lived in Alabama my whole life and it use to not be like this. Even at wheeler and Guntersville guys gave other guys the space. Its recently just started this BS in the last 10 years. The younger guys need to learn some respect and stop with the whole you dont own the water or spot BS
