Hahaha recently won the lottery. Sweet move. Im hearing that you cant build on the pre set farms in court farms, and you cant remove anything like buildings etc, so only leaves GE to remove stuff :(

Sorry for my English but ... why have you used a construction equipment to clear the area ? ... on my pc appeared a "Remove junk in area" in the F1 menu , button (N) or the icon on map or selecting the billboard "on sale" ...that for 1000 € have done the same job.🤔
Because its roleplay, in real life you wouldn't walk up to a sign and click on it.

I won't be doing a video on it as it can be done several different ways and it can get quite complicated how it's installed in FS files and map files, and would just result in way too many questions.
