@@Neilos-sd6ti many of us did get ripped off its been a rough couple of years for us pc gamers, ive seen 3080 going for £3000! people will have paid for it, the lottery was easier to win than buying a gpu back then.

Sure it can outperform a 2080 Ti but just buy when you feel much comfortable. Some sellers asked for high prices to feed their families and stuff. Some legislation has been made so far and an ASUS Strix has a big cooler plus if you need it for work there is nothing you can do about it. But as a gamer be happy with less details / resolution to a certain point or do not play a game at all. This way you think about all the brothers & sisters out there suffering as much as you do. Problem solved.

I upgrade from a 1050 TI (about 1200 brl) to a RX 6600m (about 980 brl), these cards have a lot of performance per cost, the rx 6600m with my oc get a little bit of more performance than the rx 6600 common. In Brazil these aliexpress cards (especially the RX 580) are gold.

what craft computing got is a repurposed RTX 3070Ti mobile GPU that is built like a desktop GPU. But the main issues is that you cant use official nVidia drivers for the mobile GPU and you have to download some janky modded drivers that is loaded with a malware/virus in it.
There is also a RTX 3060 6GB mobile ver of the GPU and it also uses modded drivers from the seller.
The RX6600 mobile version of the GPU is not fussy with the drivers and it works with the AMD official drivers.

So, I have a 3080 from a year now, the brand is MLLSE, pretty much the same as this. Mine stays very cool, at 60-70c at 320W.
MLLSE, 51RISC, SHELI, these are all chinese brands (I think Stores would be a better call for them, as they usually dont make the card), they rebrand graphics cards from PELADN, another chinese brand, they also rebrand used cards from galax, asus, and gainward. But their new ones usually are from PELADN.
Peladn is known for "reusing" graphics card, all their graphics cards have new components, except for the graphics chip, which may or may not be used, its really based on luck, in my case, the whole card design was new, and even the chip, dating early 2022, HWINFO actually thinks my card is a 3080 FE (because of the bios).
There is a excellent video review made showing some cards from this brand, he speaks very badly of the brand and of the project of the card, however the video is in russian. On the other hand, I have had no problems so far and my card is perfect. But I believe that this looks like a lottery.
In my country these cards are an excellent cost-benefit for those who don't want to buy a used card here, these cards sell for a third of the price that the market here sells a brand new, and for some reason, in my country, people think that it is normal to charge the same price as a new but in a used card.

the reason why it was like that was because he was using a laptop graphics card and as well there where no dedicated device id on the hardware so you can install normal drivers although some modifications will have to be done on the mobile drivers instead of installing whatever the seller provided
