You could create an Athletic Small Forward with the tallest height possible. I think Athletic SF is one of the few builds that can reach 99 Overall in this game, with a great all around game
Yeah back in the day you could make 6"10 forwards with none of the problems of being a 6'10 forward. Actual gods of basketball lol
Shooting Guard,Small Forward and Power Forwards always reach 99 overall in this game (you have to be below 6'10 in PF though)

I wish EA would resurrect live. 2K can take all the liberties they want because there is no competition and no other basketball game.
2K doesn't even feel that fun anymore. I'd find it more fun if it had an offline MyCareer mode where you can play the MyCareer story and create any sort of player overtime with the stipulation that said offline MyCareer player can't be used online. Even more so because 2K turn off the old games' servers after a while so MyCareer becomes inaccessible.

God I miss these older 2Ks 11 my favorite and 12-14 were like the wild west of ball. You could build wild shit and do anything. Lol. I remember having a 6'10 sf I had back in like 2k12 that was a living God. There's still some cheesy builds these days but it's not the same. We could be actual basketball Jesus back then
The sky hook was insane in those old games. On 2k 14 I had a 5'7 guy who could back giants down in the post and shoot unblockable sky hooks over 7'0 guys.

Also what about a Shaq career re-simulation but he has a 99 in free throw and a 99 in drawn foul? Funny enough not sure if it was in 2k14 but I remember Dom2k talking about how AI Coaching in specifically 2k16 was adaptive to the point that the pheonix suns in his myleague would noticeably guard everyone but lebron on his team and it was so different compared to how every other team would guard him. Which 2k had more stuff like that these days but it feels so lacking in depth if you dont manually do everything possible smh

i don’t remember which year it was but one year it literally impossible to block a dunk attempt. once the dunk animation started it was guaranteed so they basically added the ability to block a dunk after the animation starts instead of the whole animation being a block attempt if you understand that
