He is absolutely right. This is why people asks mostly JW RED LABEL or BALLENTINES in blended whisky segment over other brands because both are bottled in Scotland. स्कॉटलैंड से कंटेनर मंगा कर यहां पानी मिक्स करके ( ४२% लाने के लिए पानी मिक्स करना ही पड़ता है) बोतल भरी जाती है तब वो स्कॉच का टेस्ट नही रहता। Water is gamechanger. As per my knowledge they uses water from natural streams and natural spring water in whiskey making just like bourbon whiskey makers in USA. Chlorine in treated water or some minerals in mineral water spoils everything for which it takes 8 or 12 long hardwork in Scotland.
