- I'm a little late on this, but Link Play has been added to Arcaea! It's been awhile since I've last talked about the game, let's try it out! Today with me, I have my good friend Goose (and at the end, yuugen) with me in order to test it out.

I accidentally set my ipad's volume too quiet, so I had to mess with the audio a lot to make it sound a little louder. It still wasn't loud enough that I had to overlay the song itself over the gameplay. Hope everything's fine and gomen about the messy audio! The sad thing about Link Play is that you need friends to be able to use it. Still, I hope this video gives the vibe of playing link play with friends :')

have fun with your mom! come to think, tzechi has a little 9 year old cousin that we showed her arcaea to and the next time we saw her she ran up to us with her mum's phone with arcaea on it and started playing songs o_O so surreal (but cute), I hope the next time I see her we can play a few songs together LOL

Some of the “idol” games are a lot more thumb player-friendly, a lot more than Arcaea imo. I’ve been really into Project Sekai and every song seems doable albeit way harder the higher the level. I’d never play Arcaea with thumbs tho
I do play Arcaea with thumbs and let's just say your vision is a bit limited 🤣🤣🤣
@@v31nstar I feel like vision is limited no matter what when playing Arcaea lol. The fact that there’s an entire separate sky lane makes it harder to see when it alternates
Arcaea is the least thumb friendly games from the mobile rythm games i played so far.
i did only play the idol ones besides arcaea though. (Bandori, Project Sekai & D4DJ)
@@G4mma1337 Arcaea is probably one of the most thumb friendly non-idol mobile rhythm game since stuff like Cytus and Phigros kinda expect you to use your entire hand for the harder difficulties. Arcaea is actually designed for handheld gameplay, and the 4 finger parts are designed to be doable in handheld.
orzmic is really thumb friendly, and i even saw a rumor or somthn in their discord a while back that they're not releasing multifinger charts anytime soon-

I was really disapointed that all you could do in arcea for multiplayer was just friend people but now that you can actually play songs together I might consider coming back and playing some songs with my friends. Nice video btw :D
I thought the community will kill me after suggesting multiplayer on Arcaea since they had a friends features but instead it was a game changer.

At 6:00 when you bought the most expensive pack of 1020 memories for $14.98. It wasn't the pack with the greatest value.
I don't understand why some devs don't check for this, but instead of buying 1020 memories for $14.98, you can just buy two 510 memories for $6.98+$6.98=$13.96, which saves a whole dollar.
Kinda wish they had a conversion system convert 100 fragments to 10 memories

As a long time thumb play, when avant raze came out I did not find it all that hard. Nowadays its easy, probably one of the easier 9s for me. I will say that the charting has felt harder in recent times, but I think thats more of it being harder for every player

As a thumb player I can definitely say the newer charts are certainly harder, but it makes you feel all the more badass beating it. Besides, people like Benglee PM 11s thumb only so I feel empowered

Malody has online btw (Basically Osu!Mania mobile) but Arcaea is probably the second non-idle multiplayer rhythm game out there
You should check out Zenfone 8. It has 5.9 inches screen with 120hz, great speaker and has a headphone jack.
The phone can get quite warm at 120hz when playing cytus 2.
I'm quite surprised that not many people knew this phone exist
I wonder in Multiplayer if the Anomalies still have their single use gimmicks like the song transitions like Axium Crisis -> Grievous Lady or Ether Strike -> Fracture Ray or Tempestissimo FTR -> BYD, etc.

It's just cross-platform, but not really "compatible". Rankings and multi rooms are different for mobile and PC
Well i played with pc player before, and it went smoothly

You have one hand mode on my Samsungs. On my J5 2017 you would swipe up diagonally brom either bottom corner and make the screen much smaller, and you could set it either to the right or left side.
On a52 you swipe down on home button.
You can activate it in accesibility setting I think.
TKK and Goose: Arcaea is the only MRG with Multi.

Omg tokaku, I hate rhythm games because I hate myself for sucking at them. But this game actually motivated me to play it and it has so many good music tracks and I love it and I’ve been playing it a lot and feeling good since the game goes baby mode and makes me feel rad, this is my favorite rhythm game, thumb chad player btw

world mode multiplayer would be big brain honestly, i do wanna have stuff done at once. when i did multiplayer with friends before all this link play shit i could just play it in world and it doesn't really affect anything else

Is this game's story good though? I don't mind taboo topics or anything, I just care about the quality of the writing itself.
it's interesting, it can be a bit confusing because of how flowery the prose is but I enjoy a good mystery (there's a lot of unknown in the arcaea world atm)
Honestly, the wording is so intricate that it'll take you a while to actually figure out what's happening. For the main story, if you read like a good chunk of the chapters, you'll start to fit pieces together

Cytus Alpha has online play since it's been released on Nintendo Switch. But, thats not really mobile so yea, Arcaea iy the first one to finally implement this feature I guess xD

Hachi Hachi is a mobile rhythm game with multiplayer (not a lot of people play it though so the multiplayer mode seems nonfunctional sometimes)

I stoped playing this game because of Stamina and at the time I couldn't play world mode(?) because I didn't have access even to mobile data.
Now I'm not installing it because phones internal memory is filled and can't change app location to memory card, unless I format memory card as internal but then current files on it will be deleted.
