Seriously you are one of my biggest role models. I've been practicing TKD for 8 years and I've only successfully done a 540 kick. It's not that I'm incapable, I'm 19 and I'm in good shape and I've been told by multiple martial arts teachers that I am a natural at a majority of the sport. I just keep letting my work and life get in the way and making excuses not to train or stretch on a regular basis so I'm never advancing myself. You are a prime example of setting your mind on someone and making it happen not waiting. I very much enjoy watching your videos and you inspire me to be a better martial artist and a better person. Keep up the great work GNT.

Aaron I just want to say your training video's are are so motivating. Those are some cool training equipment you have.
I have a heavy punching bag. One day I'm gonna get me a xl bob dummy, then a Verses vs BOB dummy, and then a Wooden dummy and train like that.
I've been practicing martial arts since the year 2000. I mainly did Taekwondo and Kung Fu.

Man, you're such a bae. Seriously, you're my inspiration. What do you train in (ITF and what else? Acrobatics? MMA? Kickboxing?) and for how long? I wish you could mentor me. Also, what is your ITF dojang like? Do they teach you low kicks, elbows, knees, sweeps, punches, throws, maybe even grappling? Do you do forms, board breakings, self-defense modules, and step-sparring? I just started and I feel like mine just teaches the minimum for competition (so middle/high kicks and straight punches). I really want to find a dojang that focuses a bit more on practicality than the sport. Any advice?
