It reminds me of the 5d's anime when Aporia was trying to survive Yusei final attacks. We, as viewers, knew it was over but he kept doing so.
Honestly, that was a genuinely fun duel. Dinomorphia did a lot of set up, tried to negate everything they could, but that AG player just had everything he needed. Good job, Ancient Gears are scary.

As an Ancient Gear player irl, I'm loving the Chaos Ancient Gear Giant. It's one of the most brutal monsters AG's have to offer. And no monster effects during battle? That'll get around a lot of decks today. Those attempts to survive until the very end were respectable, sure, but you're not standing up to a 4500 atk per monster beatdown with piercing and immune to every form of back row disruption for that long.
As an Ancient Gear player myself I must say that was SO satisfying to see.
Dinomorphia players, goddamned masochists. This is what happens when you think Life Points aren't important.
I know that life point are resource and all, but dinomorphia players took it too far man.

I remember dueling a friend of mine who played Ancient Gears. I had a full Toon board and was a turn away from ending the game. Mans pulled out Chaos Giant, which I didn't know about back then, and proceeded to to whittle my life points down to zero with that guy alone.

More like a walking mini death star with how much heat that thing's packing. AG's are very underrated. A few good pieces of new support and they're up there with the rest of the broken meta themes.

I play a lot of Dinomorphia and I bled as much as everyone else to make a deck for it. So believe me when I say.....My fellow user Got screwed near the end. They had everything ready to go, had a good board to work with. But they second the player pulled out a monster that Attack all monsters AND had pierce damage on their side. It was wraps for my comrade. They only had so many ignore damage taken from the grave to banish. If Rexstrum was here in this instance different situation. But Good stuff to the winner of this Duel and I also gotta clap for my Comrade in arms for Dinomorphia.

I played against that monster but they used very card in their hand to summon it so I put on my spyral agent goggles and went to work after through many effects that would just bring cards back lol

Master Duel follows a similar format as the TCG (trading card game a.k.a physical cards bought in U.S.A/Europe/South America) with a few twists in its limited/banned card list that makes the overall gameplay format resemble the OCG (original card game a.k.a Asian only format).
A few examples include:
- Maxx C is unlimited
- Mystic Mine, Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon and Giant Trunade are fully banned
- Auroradon, Union Carrier, Thunder Dragon Colossus and Rhongomyniad are still playable
Now, here's where things start to get spicy. What path will you take as a duelist?
- Spam fusions, XY, Synchro, Links or Pendulum?
- Play board control?
- Troll and earn a place in everybody's hit list by building Mystic Mine burn (banned in the OCG but at full power in the TCG)?

He didn't make rex, would of basically bricked him. The boss monster is only unaffected by Spell/Trap effects and you can control the GY via mind drain

Idk if there's rextrum in master duel yet. But rextrum is op, it's basically skill drain with 3k atk and can have ur opp atk. Use solemn brigade (especially judgment) to make ur low as possible. It can trigger rextrum eff and give extra protection
