      Be in a slight deficit so you won't feel constantly hungry (don't torture yourself with very strict big calorie deficit diets they are not sustainable)
      Then work out hard (and do cardio! Long walks are especially good. Aim for an hour or two and you'll see that it's not as tiring and it's good for you)

    someone explain... I eat 3 hard boiled eggs for breakfast and take more than 120 grams of protein along with sufficient carbs and calories, AND STILL WEIGH 101 LBS, (5'8 age 14 btw) ;-;

      You are burning more calories than you are consuming. Also, are you sure you are getting enough calories in? Many people think they are but when they track it they find that they are severely under consuming calories.
