всегда было интересно почему ремиксы треков называют новым треком под своим именем. я вот сейчас про 2ой трек Children

As with everything, there are varying levels of contact in the remix game.
Yes, artists may contact a remixer independently of the label and solicit the remixers talents on his or her recording. At times, the label A&R or a promotion executive will commission a remix either on spec or for a fee from known or emerging remix producers.
On the reverse, some remixers are known to approach artists to seek their approval in remixing their music. There are times when an artist feels that he/she does not need a remix and will decline the offer, but in order to extend that artist's music into other genres than the original, a label will at times solicit mixes in various genres to ensure the artist is played on radio and in clubs, restaurant, bars, or at retail.
Sometimes a remix works perfectly across the board and is well received by DJs and other music programmers. At others, a remix can fail and hurt the artists credibility, whereas some would say the artist is trying to reach too far into different genres than they are familiar with. An artist like Madonna has perfected the artist/remixer relationship. She seems to be fully involved in ensuring whoever remixes her music is capable of delivering a masterful reworking of her music.
One a remix is commissioned through any method, the artist must supply the remix producer with stems from the digital audio workstations like Ableton, Logic, or equivalent, which will allow the remixer producer to take the original pieces of the song and rework them onto a new music bed, which they supply.
Remix producers are rewarded for their work in various ways, and they are:
      - no pay, but lot's of promotion and a credit as the remix producer. Some remix producers get in the game by doing free mixes first. Once they gain some measure of notoriety, they can begin to charge nominal fees to do the work.
      - low pay, but same as above. Some remix producers realize that it might be a boost to their career by doing a remix for a low fee, but being aligned with the artist will lend them notoriety and increase their chances of being selected by others to remix their work.
      - real compensation. Once you get to a certain level where you are sought after for the sounds you create and the opportunity your remixes provide an artist to chart or increase sales, you're going to be financially rewarded, should that be what you negotiate for the remix.
If the remix is simply done because you thought it would be cool and the artist allowed it and no money changes hands, there are times when that is fine too, but generally remix producers should be compensated in some way for that work.
Many times, small labels, artists, and remix producers have handshake agreements. Because the remix is work for hire, there is no additional compensation outside of the agreed upon fee. While some argue that there are times remix producers are writing a completely new song, the industry seems to continue to push the remix producers into one-off agreements for either promotional or short term financial compensation. There are times when a remix producer is so popular and the power of their name carries weight in DJ and radio circles, that the remixer can ask for songwriting credit or points on resulting sales, but that is the exception, rather than the rule.
