DJ Jer, thanks for the great videos you have posted on CZcams. Could you make one that shows step by step how to use the Anti feedback settings on the Roland DJ707M, thanks

Thanks for the review. I was wondering is it possible to record a set and also record the microphone activity at the same time with this controller. Like playing a mix and then introducing the next track with the microphone and recording everything.

Jer, are you using Serato or Virtual DJ with the Roland?

I am currently using Virtual DJ even though the Roland 707m was developed for Serato. It has been really solid.

    My wireless sounds awful…any suggestions

Is it just with the wireless mic or any mic? Here are couple troubleshooting ideas:
      1. Try a wired mic
      2. Make sure the gain structure on the wireless is set correctly. Not too high on the handheld or too low on the receiver. This can be a very sensitive area for most.
      3. Make sure the levels coming in and out on the mic channel in the menu are adequate for clean sound.
Start with those options and let me know what you find out.

@@djjermusic I will do a test over the weekend.....seems like a wired mic sounds better....but for a wedding a wired mic is not an option

@@TheDjaygus Great point. It actually depends on how you have your gains and levels set up on that wireless mic. A wired mic you don't have any options or gain levels to mess with so.... it just works.

have you used the feedback destroyer?!? in a real wedding situation.. uncle bruce who insist on standing right in front on the speaker with the mic everywhere but his face.

@@TheDjaygus you have to set the gain at -30 the it sounds good - it's just more advanced than we are used to
