Then the two small ones in the middle and abigger negative on the rightside .so if you putt copperwire cross minus over to the smaler one on itsleftside. Ishuold be bypassed... comments?
16AWG is really pushing it in terms of resistance you're creating. Really should use 14AWG based on the possible current draw and using 12AWG is only going to help with resistance. Look at the wires near the top. You've got 3 runs of 16? 18? gauge. Put that into an online calculator and you'll see its probably closer to 12 or 14AWG
Only reason BMS bypass should be done is when the output voltage is locked. Typically The idea behind this is to bypass the discharge section of the bms to get full power from the battery. They can use a bms that has a lower amp rating but still get the higher amps desired because of the bms bypass wiring. Also an added benefit is the ability to avoid the bms shutting off power and thereby avoiding the not so pleasurable faceplant. The bms balancing function remains when charging and notification of fault conditions, depending on the features inherent to the bms, still function. Never had any issues with customers scooters. Neither have I experienced any issues myself after doing the bms bypass
@@bingbong2946 if there's no way to reset the BMS (like on Ninebot and Xiaomi scooter batteries) you have to either figure out why the BMS is turned off, or just bypass it if you just want to go and will manually charge later. Sometimes you can wake up the BMS by charging thru the discharge port if the battery pack as been drawn too low..... and my advice is that should be the first effort step before cracking it open, in the event you want to save the whole pack as it is.
No sir Battery management system is still active ! So the battery cells will continue to be balanced, it’s safe to bypass the output , but never bypass the battery management system altogether or use a battery without a BMS in that case , no sir ! That’s definitely dangerous

So if the bms is bypass, that means there is no further benefit from it? Pretty much is just a working battery pack with a non working bms?

What i dont understand , why BMS bypass ? The BMS is burned down or does it have some logic that blocks the use .THX great Channel
Bms blocks output voltage, you can ether replace the bms or bypass to the output

There is no need to cut this battery apart. You need to cut out the silicone from the back and make a jumper on the mosfet

If i disconnect the BMS U should add another one or the battery isn't gonna last.The cells will never be balanced.
