- Oakland County Prosecutor Karen McDonald gave her closing argument in the trial for James Crumbley on Wednesday afternoon. McDonald outlined the case they have against James, who is charged with four counts of involuntary manslaughter in connection to the Oxford High School shooting.
One question both sides missed, IF THE GUN WAS LOCKED UP, HOW DID IT GET IN THE KID'S BACKPACK, BEFORE DAD DROVE HIM TO SCHOOL???
The code to the safe the gun was in was 0-0-0, aka factory preset. So it was “locked” but not really
it wasn't locked up. The gun wasn't secured. Hiding a gun is not the same as securing it.
only the 22's were in that safe@@emilydebridge7145
Prosecutor is all over the map with no substance that pertains to JC specifically
The gun was left out when shooter said dad left it out, so Why Not??
It was left out
James crumbly is whacked
Not missed
The other two fathers guns were in 000 safe
I don't think this prosecutor did a great job with this closing, but he will still be found guilty.
You're kidding... She is doing a great job!
I've listened to both sides, and they are both doing what they had to do in these extreme circumstances ....They both did a great job in presenting the case in a 'snapshot' for the ending...
I like Shannon Smith better
