lakai always chooses the best songs to put in vids!
The amount of times this happens is unsettling...stumbling across something from my past, I otherwise would have never thought of again in my life. For instance, the band Ima Robot! First album came out i was in 9th grade, liked it and listened to it enough i knew the album very well. somewhere along the way I forgot their existence entirely, which scares the shit out of me. Only came across this from checking out edward sharpe and the magnetic zeros, COULDNT BELIEVE BOTH BANDS HAVE SAME FOUNDER
one of my favorite bands to ever exist. and they're back. i couldn't be happier right now.
Holy hell this makes me effin happy!! Didn't think we'd get blessed with their music ever again... Yaaaaaaaaayyyyyy!!!! Can't wait for fall & new album and tour!!

i understand that music is self expresion but not every self expresion is music this is poetry mixed with random sounds its annoying because the words are good but the music is just messed up

I like it but it doesnt sound anything like Ima Robot. I feel like if they're gonna go a completely different way with their music they should just do so completely with their name, because its in the end they are just trying to use your old cred with your instead of making their own hype on its own merits and makes it disappointing for your older fans.
