Hi Jodi I totally get y I just had a birthday and turned 58 . Although I don’t focus on age sometimes it hits me . Your makeup is so soft gorgeous . I’m always excited about the Sephora sale . I totally agree with you about cool, toned eyeshadow palette. I used to like warmer ones and I still have some but I am gradually decluttering them as I find that I really do prefer a cool toned look as I’ve gotten older, and it just looks better with my skin tone. The tones look good with my blue eyes, but they don’t really suit my skin tone. I just ordered one the smallpallets from Fenty through ipsy for a very cheap price is cool neutrals and there are six shades, so I’m looking forward to that

After your review of the bare minerals, Matt tinted moisturizer I was able to order a travel size so I can see if I like it. I am pleased I was able to do so as I have so many drawers of things that I can’t wear, but I am currently cleaning out, and the amount of money spent is making me sick.

Hey Jodie awesome picks! I have the Murad products but I can’t use them because I’m experiencing some flare up’s (eczema on my face) for a few months now. The Haus Labs is Chef’s Kiss also Natasha eye pallet not available on Canada site Rarer Beauty blushes also love them.

@JodiMannes Sephora Canada has a limited selection of ND products at this time but I did snag the Retro Pallet at the last 20% of sale I’m so happy I got it! I’m going to Florida early next month I’m going to check Sephora there for the products I can’t get here.

I love your videos!! I unfortunately fractured my ankle in three places and am having surgery next Thursday. Hopefully the sale will still be on. I really love the Natasha Denona palette. It is beautiful!! I love watching your videos to take my mind off of it!!

Hi Jodi! Don’t worry about your age, you are so beautiful! I’m 67 years old and can’t believe it, where has time gone! Thanks for the sale tips, I always trust your opinions on the products you choose. My colouring is the same as yours, so it’s easy to get advice. I did practice the Natasha Denona eye palette this morning with you on video giving instructions. I did the first 5 steps, then went to a matte colour instead of the shimmer. At 67, I would like to stay away from shimmer shades. I do wear the Rare Beauty Liquid Blush in Hope and love it! I’m just going to stick with my Estée Lauder Foundations because I have been wearing them almost 30 years now. I can’t seem to find the EltaMD Sunscreen , can you suggest a mineral sunscreen for me please? I wear it everyday under my foundation. Thanks again Jodi, I love your tutorials!❤️🇨🇦😀

Hello Brenda! I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed the tutorial and did it along with me. I stay away from shimmers more often than not myself. I'm glad you're loving the Rare Beauty in Hope as much as I do. As for a good mineral sunscreen, I reviewed the ColorScience No Show Mineral Sunscreen years ago and loved it. It didn't have a white cast, melted into my skin and didn't interfere with how my foundation wore. It's about $5.00 more than the EltaMD here in the US. I use LaRoche Posay and have for years so I really only have mineral sunscreen I can confidently recommend. Wishing you a wonderful week!
