Tiffany & Co. Diamonds by the Yard Necklace Unboxing

- In this video I travel to the Tiffany & Co store on Old Bond Street in London to look at the Elsa Peretti Diamonds by the Yard Collection.
All the chains in this video are 16 inch. I compared the different sizes of diamond including: 0.05 carat, 0.08 carat, 0.12 carat, 0.14 carat, and 0.28 carat. I also looked at both platinum and gold chains, since they need less maintenance than silver. At the end of this video I show you the unboxing of my Diamonds by the Yard necklace.

Thanks for watching my video. I was torn between gold and platinum but in the end chose platinum. I got two different diamond necklaces in the end because I couldn’t decide - one was this one from the diamonds by the yard collection and the other was a Tiffany diamond pendant (in my other video). …but I’m in Canada and on their website I’m not seeing the diamond .5? It’s only .8 .12 and up for plantinum 😦
@@elizabethsia9250 I had to go into the store to get mine as what they had online was limited. I think platinum is stronger and more durable than gold. If you are able to go into a Tiffany store they have a much bigger collection than what’s on their website.

Platinum is nice, but will get darker and dull. Sterling silver won’t tarnish as bad if you wear it daily, then can clean it and looks like brand new.
I have the silver 05 diamond in 18inch. To clean it i put some foil.A teaspoon of bicarb soda. Boiling hot water poured in on the necklace. Instantly shiny n silver again.
@@1971caz38 yes, silver is very easy to clean. Can also use Goddard polish. That is what we use after the ultrasonic, followed by a silver polish cloth.
