Nice video! I have the same keyboard. How many hours does it take to fully charge the keyboard? Does it charge by just plugging it in the laptop while using it? Or does it require a wall charger/phone charger with type C port?

Hi, they should not happen, I would advice fully charging the KB and trying again. Otherwise I’d advice getting an exchange as the dongle maybe defective.

that sound test is so bad your just smashing the keyboard get a typing app if your going to do sound test
