As the person playing gears in the video, I'm just curious what side deck card wasn't good?
@@carsonmiller711 wouldn't play the gizmek, magical hound and urgent schedule when you don't know if you're going first or second, would surely side in more handtraps
@@brotimofratimo349 I play magical hound for either Psychic End Punisher, naturia beast, or just another earth machine for ballista. Also, I play 2 gizmeks, so I assume you're talking about fox, and I will agree, although it might not be the best thing ever, it can do a lot for the deck when sided in against any deck that special summons from the deck. Another thing is that this deck doesn't really have the space to run hand traps, so I run board breaking cards instead.
@@carsonmiller711 meh i actually run handtraps and no boardbreakers, also, considering the matchup the possibility of having a nat beast with no certainty idk doesn't seem good enough
Also i repeat you don't know if you're going first or second so magical hound, urgent schedule and fox are even as good, i don't remmeber from the vidro if you are playing box but in that case, another really bad card to have, going first or second
@@brotimofratimo349 I don't play box in the deck. I have enough search elsewhere. Also, keep in mind gears are a going second deck, and aren't designed to go first. I actually run black garden to somewhat resolve the issues you brought up, and more, allowing me to use ballista and urgent schedule turn 1, or giving my opponents a bunch of weak tokens to attack with chaos giant.
It's just the same Tenpai-type bullshit - can't respond to anything...
