@@theannouncer3423 that's what they suspected after the hand wraps were turned in to the commission after the fight with cotto and they were split open from the knuckles but they never did anything about it or suspended him it wasn't until after the fight with Mosley because he did get caught before the fight in the locker room so honestly I don't believe that happened with Cotto because Cotto's team and the commission were either to stupid they couldn't tell the difference or they didn't think anything of it at the time and let it slide however theirs always someone there to watch hand wraps get wrapped so I don't think Margarito had anything to do with it
