He said that :
1) If you take upper soil of the earth it is very hard and Easy to mould but after drying it Cracks very much.
2) If you Take Lower level soil approximately 4 feet deep it is vey soft and difficult to mould but it cracks negligible.
So to solve this problem he takes 40 % of To upper soil which is hard and 60 % of deeper soil which is soft then he mixed it and use to make sculpture from that mixture of soil.
Later he shoe two sculptures made by that mixture an elephant sculpture which he made but it cracks because he use structure wire in it. Before it he shows a crocodile sculpture which doesn't cracks because it made without structure.

its not clay Boby..it's dirt..he mixes top layer of dirt and digs about three feet in the ground and uses that soil...mixes them together to make clay! that's how they did it way back when!
