CTX700 Muffler Exhaust Comparison STOCK SHORTY AKRAPOVIC dB test

Full comparison of the main aftermarket exhausts for the Honda CTX700.
We compare the STOCK exhaust against the RADIANT SHORTY and the eBay AKRAPOVIC muffler exhaust options.
Let me know if you want me to do a test with the baffle out on the Akrapovic exhaust.
Sorry about the weird mic sound, I had the camera set to wind noise reduction which made the camera mic sound awful, but still able to hear the exhausts.

Amazing how good a 680cc twin can sound. I went with the Coffman for my CTX. After chucking the baffle, its just right.

Mines 670cc. Yeah it's a great sounding engine. If this engine was in my other bike I would be happy.

I tried the Coffman exhaust, which was a better alternative at the time, but eventually went back to the OEM unit. I then painted the OEM with high temp black paint and neighbors are glad I opted for the OEM sound. Here is the link to my conversion! czcams.com/video/4CRGUNd576Y/video.html
