Mapapa 2nd thought ang police officer, and you can also request to talk to the supervisor of the officer that you don't think the officer is right... You have the right, exercise your right. It's normal, people make mistake. You can double check with the supervisor... I have been pulled over many times by police officers. I greet the officer and ask what I did wrong. There was a lady officer that told me that I am not supposed to put the phone on the phone mount in the car. I was so confused. I told her I never heard of it. Everybody is doing it... She didn't give me a ticket. Another time, I know an officer was following me behind me and I was watching him. There was a stop sign and I stop. After that he pulled me over, I asked him what I did wrong. He said I did not stop at the stop sign, he has the video. I told him, I stop officer because I know you are following me, I am very careful. Also I request the officer that I would like to see the video, to that he said let me have your license. He took a while to check and he came back, telling me that it's just only a warning. I just didn't argue then, I knew he just making an excuse. Because there was no video to show me the evidence. Kung nanahimik ako at hindi ako nangatwiran, binigyan nya ako ng ticket....

thats what i did b4 driving ina foreign country.have my Philippine driver license with AAP for intl endorse for their own LTO in der country and den after the grace period of 6 mos I was eligible to convert it to their own country drivers license ThankGod been driving all along.😊

Get a lawyer now and sue the police for misconduct and false interpretation of the law causing nervous breakdown for both the driver and her kid.
Unfortunately, to get this resolved properly you have to get a lawyer…
Get a Lawyer and sue them for civil damages citing emotional trauma.
Make a proper complaint and get compensated. Get a no win no pay lawyer.
If you decided not to sue, make sure to file a complaint in writing to the Police Department to correct that practice.
Same with police officer he’s ignorant about the law he should know better he should be given a lesson for hanna’s emotional distress
