I love how they are just completely silent at the game ending fight. They just know what the others will do. GG
They remind me soooo much of Moscow Five and that's great. With a constant hype and good vibes around, it feels like nothing can stop them but at the same time they can choke against PVB :') G2 is definitely my favourite team to watch, it's never boring with them!!

Also in game 3 of EU finals they broke the fastest EU game record, and then in MSI finals they took another half minute off of that time.

With IG 15 min against SKT, It Feels like you don't need anything else to explain how the meta is based on clean early snowball (but G2 knows how to exploit that perfectly for sure)

@@MyMegamat Usually teams, in major events, use normal tactics on group stage, then use the good ones on semis, and finals, the thing is, TL was so "easy" that they will hide his tactics until week 1 of the LEC split

@@sandrobarreto7002 G2 lost twice to IG and PVB in groups, they won twice vs FW which was expected and even dropped a game to TL which they were favoured against aswell. Them going 2-0 vs SKT was kind of surprising but considering the outcome of semis I wouldn't say they "smashed skt". That leaves us with one great BO5 vs TL and maybe a few group games since i have only watched the ones of day 1 so far.
Sure they clinched first place of the tournament and imo it was deserved but saying they're smashing all regions is just wrong

Do you really think that if they won the MSI, Pvb is even close to them? They don't need to tryhard for getting out of groups, it's all about hiding the real performance. G2 is a better team than SKT and way better than TL, it's clear. IG got cocky, sadly they got knocked out, so we got a free final instead showing our power against IG.

In the last ListenDoco, Steve the owner of team liquid mentions how forcing them to pick GP and counter it with Swain got them hard. And in this voicecom you can hear Winder saying "first time picking that champion top" followed by "yeah but your top is useless". That's probably the nail in the coffin for TL staff xD

I think they had way more than just 1. I know someone said in scrims they were running Tahm Kench Orianna/Syndra bot. I know we saw the Syndra bot but still not the matchup they had prepared. This team is insane.
