    Ingredients for the Dough:
    150 g butter
    4 tablespoons of granulated sugar
    Half a teaspoon of baking powder
    1 egg
    2 cups flour
    Ingredients for Strawberry Sauce:
    300 grams of strawberries
    3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
    1 tablespoon of starch
    Half a tea glass of water
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    Ingredients for Cheesecake Mixture:
    400 g labneh cheese
    3 eggs
    Two fingers less granulated sugar from 1 cup
    Half a tea glass of oil
    200 ml cream
    3 tablespoons of starch
    Fabrication:
    - Knead the ingredients for the dough in a bowl. Let the kneaded dough rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
    - For strawberry sauce; Chop the strawberries into cubes, add sugar and cook until the strawberries release their juice. Dilute the starch in water, add it to the cooked strawberries and mix. Lastly add lemon juice and mix. Remove the sauce from the stove when it solidifies slightly.
    - To decorate the cheesecake, blend 2-3 tablespoons of strawberry sauce.
    - Mix all cheesecake ingredients in a bowl.
    - Place baking paper on the bottom of the cheesecake mold and grease the edges. The cake mold used is 20 centimeters. You can increase or decrease the ingredients depending on the size of the cake mould.
    - Roll out the prepared dough with a rolling pin and place it in the cheesecake mold.
    - Spread strawberry sauce on the base. Add the cheesecake mixture on top.
    - Put the strawberries in the rondo into a piping bag and squeeze them over the cream at intervals. Shape it with the help of a knife.
    - Bake in a preheated oven at 165 degrees, checking for about 1 hour. To prevent it from burning, put water in a heat-resistant container on the baking tray and bake it on the bottom floor of the oven.
    - After it has cooled, you can keep it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and serve. Bon appetit to those who did it.
