Thanks for having me! It was great to chat
I live in San Francisco and it’s incredible how many people use public transportation, bicycles, battery assisted bicycles, scooter, one wheels and whatever you can think of. There are many protected bike lanes combined with a few parking spots for vehicles a full lane from the curb and finally the bike lane is against the curb.
I like the puzzle analogy for transit/biking infrastructure! I can relate... A route that is even 75% bikeable often feels unbikeable if that last 25% is going to be an unpleasant/dangerous ride...
Totally agree!
Let us know what you thought of this episode! We have a lot of fun episodes coming up including a visit to a nonprofit focused on increasing accessibility to biking, an interview with someone running for office and a whole lot more. Consider subscribing if you have not already 😊
I like the puzzle analogy. Like, you wouldn't look at a partially complete puzzle and criticize the entire puzzle. You have to see it completed for it to be a finished work. Great show!
Thanks for watching!
Brent and Christopher from Austin, of course! I’ve been following you guys and your travels for several years. It’s no wonder that you seemed familiar. I really do love your CZcams channel.
Great podcast with an amazingly talented guest! My vote is an enthusiastic yes for seeing more of your and Noah’s City Skylines creations. Hope you three collaborate on more soon, this was great 🤝
Thanks for the comment Angel! We appreciate it. We'll make sure we mix some Cities Skylines in in the future 😅 It would be great to collaborate further down the line as well. There are certainly PLENTY of roads that need work here in Austin. Maybe we can talk Noah into coming up with a plan for one with some local advocacy groups here in the future 👀

@@TransitTangents That would be so cool! Keep up the great work!
I can’t believe that I am only the 209th subscriber to this excellent and professionally made channel that features you two well spoken men.
I love the NH license plate in the background!
What would you say if i become North America’s emperor and renovate all our cities to be as walkable and transit-friendly as Copenhagen and Stockholm?
I say go for it 😅-Louis
Great! Think i can land an interview with you guys in Montreal?
