How This Chef Cooks The PERFECT STEAK

To learn how to cook the perfect steak I visited Nick & Sam's Executive Chef Samir who has cooked for some of the world's most famous athletes, celebrities and even presidents.
Samir showed me how to get the perfect char on a medium rare steak using their broiler that heats up to 1800 degrees Fahrenheit. He also showed me how to cook the perfect steak using a charcoal grill (the kind I have at home).
We go over what cuts are best, how to best season them and finally how to get that perfect medium rare.
