It is made using the Autodesk Stingray game engine made by Autodesk (a company specifically known for 3d modeling and simulation software, the most common applications would probably be Maya and 3ds Max) Said game engine was discontinued around halfway into the production of Helldivers 2. But they still decided to use it even though it is no longer officially supported by Autodesk. And depending on the game engine used the missing texture or missing object errors can be changed out to make it easier for devs to find specific problems with things but that is dependent on the engine itself and the experience of the devs.

You can just get there by running around the outside of the whole compound after you"finish" your training. Although I did use the 4 billion grenade glitch to dig a hole under a fence lol
You don't even need to do the stratagem thing to get there, in one of the first rooms you can crawl under the wall and go into this space behing the wall

considering it's a current military FOB there's likely more along with a standby fleet. Whatever breaches they get are likely terminated quite swiftly.

If any of those terminids manage to release spores (however they do it) into the wind, they could drift for quite a few miles before settling down somewhere and starting to build up a whole nest.
The giant question marks are missing Magazine textures of the pistol and the liberator due to not having the weapons in your active loadout. Happens when you go back to the tutorial without the Liberator and Peacemaker equipped. Everytime you reload those guns, another questionmark will stay floating at the spot the texture is supposed to load in.

You can see that from the fence at the beginning of the tutorial. There's also a section full of dead Helldivers covered in tarps.
