Hearty congratulations, Ben!
Respect for being bothered to get up and get out during the day whilst being on nights! Im on 12hr night shifts this week, the only way I'm getting on the bike is to commute to and from work. 80k planned for day off tomorrow though
It’s not easy. Changed the day for the better tho.
Well done on reaching 1k Ben, keep these great videos coming and here's to the next thousand👍
I'm gonna gues 2k by bonfire night
Thanks for showcasing the North East of England too
Thanks 🙏🏽
Lovely area.
Thank you for the videos bruv and stay awesome👍🏿💪🏿👍🏿!!!
Congratulations on the 1k subscribers, you must be doing something right. Keep them coming
Looking forward to your future videos!!
well done Ben for you are a inspiration for others and congrats on the subscribers 😎👏👏👏👏
Thanks Gary. 🙌🏾
Thanks for the motivation, I also work shifts as a SATCOM operator and its hard to ride during the work week. So I wake up and ride before I go to work (nights) and finish at the site. Its not easy but its nice to know that I am not the only one.
In this together 😂🫡
Yesssss 1k subs 🎉🎉🎉 congratulations keep crushing the videos
Thank you! Will do!
Well done getting out there 🚴👍.. your job sounds cool 😎.. I am on my 2nd night shift now .. I did a 50 k ride today .. I do believe riding after a shift helps work out the stress clears the mind and makes the body tired .. as well as assists the recovery from sleep deprivation as long as i eat / drink plenty of fluid. 😊… awesome content 🙂😎🚴♀️.. congrats on 1,000 🤩

Couldn't agree more! Me too. 🙏🏽
Really great to see you on your own channel and yes a 1000 is a great mile stone. Look forward to seeing more videos
Thanks 🙌🏾
I remember watching Francis when he had 5 thousand subs. Wasn’t that long ago. I just retired from the oil industry. Forty years of shift work. I feel your pain.
I know where your coming from with the benefits of ridding helping the mental state. Congrats on the 1k it’s a great achievement buddy
Definitely worth getting out.
You miss your MTB trips 😉
Come into the lab soon! 🥼🚴🏻
1k 🎉. Not sure why it’s taken so long. Keep the episodes coming. 👊🏼
I’d been pretty astonished if I had done it quicker then 12 weeks 😂
@@benjaminlechappersit’s nice to watch another cyclist who’s relatable, down to earth and who rides a Domane 😊 😎
That bike looks good for all terrain. I'm looking at a long ride, can u haul gear on it
I haven’t as yet
I am pretty sure I heard you say you ran in a previous vlog, is that the case and would you vlog these if you do? probably poses a different challenge compared to cycling
I thought about it. I like trail running but there’s not alot of choice locally. Definitely something to consider
Where you from lad I'm a Durham lad myself. You seem a sound guy, first video I've seen of yours.
Hey bud. Yes from Durham. Chester way.
@@benjaminlechapperslol Chester le street I take it
Still love the idea of you highlighting "regular" non-competitive cyclists, who make of the majority of the YT viewership, like me
Couldn’t have put it better myself 🙌🏾
