Sounds like you have diesel fuel injector knock ref one or more injectors over fueling the cylinders.
Or it could also be engine hydraulic valve lifter ticking,not functining correctly due mainly to either wear or dirt contamination

hi injector no 4 faulty as scanned, would that be the cause of the sound< let me know.
