@I’m sorry for your plight my friend but i was once in your shoes before i was recommended to Mr Willard and thats how i passed My real estate exam.
I only studied a lot when i went for the first time last year but the second time was so easy, all thanks to my aunt who introduced me to Mr Willard am really grateful.
I have sat for Real Estate Exam for the 4th time now and still failed, i guess licence isn't meant for people like me😭
You will pass everyone has their own season, just keep going pray and believe you will receive
Passing the Real estate test is when you study hard, if you can’t study or you don't have time for your studies l'd advise you get yourself a help like Mr Dylan

Question 11- Recording a deed is optional its best practice to record it but its not legally required.
Both A and C are correct. As recording a deed also establishes ownership.
For practice and learning purposes these should be broken down in questions of 50 questions at a time.
Question 12, the correct answer should be: 25% profit.

That was my answer too. As long as theres no help from an agent. So maybe that’s why the answer is “illegal” bec the person has an agent
Its as long as you haven't signed an agreement with a broker. And really can sell it, but you will still owe the commission in most agreements. @@shaem8182

on 13 im guessing theirs 2 different charlies the owner and the renter but it never says both their names are charlie ... the answer doesnt make sense but i guess the idea is which answer is more valid as charlie is both the renter /leaser and charlie is also listed as an answer hmm makes sense i guess...
Q12: is 25%.
Q23: is wrong.
Q31: I give up, too many answers are wrong; here, both A and C are correct in the final answer which had changed.

Can someone explain question 23? They said the answer was 1080, but in the explanation, they ended saying 784 sq ft. 😕

These questions are good but the answers are not correct. Such as question 13 Charlie is lessor (renter) both Charlie and lessor is two options which doesn’t make sense
I like the content, but the narrator's voice is hard for me to follow. She is too plain. It seems maybe it is a computer voice?
