Tropics Update: Tropical Storm Alberto forms, landfall expected in Mexico

Potential Tropical Cyclone 1 is now named Tropical Storm Alberto, the first named storm of the Atlantic Hurricane Season. Alberto will be a pretty good rainmaker for Mexico and Texas. This system is expected to bring anywhere from four inches of rain to an isolated foot of rain, especially to interior Mexico. This will likely lead to flooding issues.
