It’s a great house but I’ve seen this property come on and off the market in the last few years. The biggest problem I see with this property is it has a insufficient size dock.
@@remyasmar418 seriously that area has flooded being right on the water. I’m not familiar with the area. But I love the house for me it needs a 80”-100” foot dock but if the area experiences flooding I’d have to rethink that area. Thanks
